Practice teams find Patient Triage intuitive to use – especially if you already use other accuRx features. While this guide includes videos and screenshots, the best way to get to know the product is for you and the team to give it a go with a test patient.
To try it for yourself as a test patient, click on your initials on the accuRx toolbar then select “Patient Triage”. This will take you to your manage practice page where you’ll be prompted to create a patient request and see how it works.

Patient requests are visible to anyone in the practice in the “To Assign” inbox. You will only get notified of new requests if you switch on “Notifications” in your inbox.
