As part of our commitment to team health and wellness, we provide a budget of £60 per month for each team member to spend on fitness or wellness activities. This could be used for memberships at fitness facilities such as a gym or a climbing wall. Or wellness activities such as regular massage, sauna or therapy. Based on need, just talk to your manager if you have anything specific which is more than this.
In order to receive this benefit, the team member show proof of their expense. This could be a receipt from a gym or other fitness facility, or other documentation showing that the funds are being used for health and wellness purposes. Just send this for the first month to Rupert via Slack.
